Sprint’s customers lacking the holiday spirit

Sprint and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners aren’t going to get all sappy because the holidays are here. No, they’re going to stay with the thrifty, oblivious assholes in their advertising. This latest spot involves a guy who sends nasty texts and e-mails to his neighbor, making fun of his Griswold-like house decorations. Then, of course, the guy misinterprets the neighbor’s offended reaction, thinking he’s concerned about how much it cost him to send the messages. Amid all the treacly holiday spots, it’s nice to get an entertaining lump of coal once in a while.
